ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When the matter came up for hearing today, Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, would inform the Court, and also place documents to show that the third respondent was earlier evicted and thereafter, he had again encroached, and only yesterday i.e. on 30.07.2025, he had been thrown out of the encroachment. Learned Government Advocate would submit that a first information report has been lodged on 30.07.2025 and more than that, no further action is contemplated.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage would submit that the official respondents be directed to ensure that no further encroachment takes place.

3. Respondent No.3 having been evicted from the land, at this stage, we are not inclined to issue any further direction. It goes without saying that if any encroachment is made by respondent No.3,

the same shall be dealt with as per law, and taken to its logical conclusion expeditiously.

4. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
