2. Though name of the respondent was printed in the cause list, she has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
