This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant special leave to file an appeal against acquittal in C.C.No.1946 of 2015 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Tract Court - I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, dated 17.10.2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case "for admission".
