ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate departmental enquiry/action against the respondents 5 & 6 for making life threat to the petitioner on 14.06.2023 inside the office of the DSP Camp at Krishnagiri Town, Krishnagiri District and to pass a suitable order within a stipulated time by considering the petitioner's representation/complaint dated 29.06.2023.

2.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that he is practising as Advocate in and around Salem District for the past twenty years. The petitioner's client Geethashri was called for enquiry at DSP Camp Office, Krishnagiri Town by the 6th respondent on the false complaint given by the 8th respondent. When the petitioner and his client Geethashri reached the DSP Camp Office, Krishnagiri, the respondents 8 and 9 surrounded them and started to shout with unparliamentary words and also threatened them with dire consequences. The respondents 5 and 6 wantonly did not take any action against the respondents 8 and 9 and doing some favour to them. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint on 29.06.2023 to the respondents 1 to 4 against the respondents 5 and 6, however, no action has been taken against the officials.
Hence, seeks direction of this Court to take departmental action against the erring officials. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 submitted that in order to take action against the respondents 5 and 6, the petitioner has given complaint to the respondents 1 to 4 on 29.06.2023.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 5.On perusal of the records, this Court is of the view no blanket direction could be given by this Court exercising the power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The very allegations are itself on disputed facts. If the petitioner is inclined to pursue his remedy, his remedy lies elsewhere to prove the alleged facts in the manner known to law and not in this Writ Petition.
