O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the Decree passed in O.S.No.477 of 1999 in favour of the petitioners. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to give a fresh complaint before the respondent police and the respondent police shall call the parties and make an enquiry and take into consideration the Decree that was passed in favour of the petitioners in O.S.No.477 of 1999. The decision shall be taken on the complaint, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint from the petitioners in accordance with law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. 04.08.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No ssr 2/4
