The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to delete the petitioner / first respondent herein namely, the State of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by Secretary to Government, Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department, Secretariat, Fort St.George, Chennai from the cause title in the above Writ Petiiton in W.P.No.28425 of 2013.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in W.P.No.28425 of 2013.
