This petition is filed to condone the delay of 85 days in filing the above Second Appeal against A.S.No.02 of 2021 on the file of the District Judge, Tirupattur order dated 29.11.2024.

2. Ms. V.Nicholas, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number S.A.Sr. No.95575 of 2025 , if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.
