ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. 2.The petitioners seek for an early disposal of DVC. No.1 of 2023, pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram.
3.The first petitioner is the husband and the respondent is his wife. The respondent initiated DVC proceedings against the petitioners before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram in DVC. No.1 of 2023. 4.It is represented that M.C. No.1 of 2023 is in the stage of continuation of cross examination of the respondent. According to the petitioners, the cross examination of the respondent commenced on 14.11.2024, but till date, the cross examination is yet to be completed. According to the petitioners, there is no progress shown in DVC. No.1 of 2023.
5.This Court, after giving due consideration to the year of the DVC complaint and the present status of the case, directs the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram to dispose of DVC. No.1 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
7.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
