Respondents Habeas Corpus petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records and quash the same leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband namely Sudhagar @ Sottai Sudhagar, son of Thiraviam, aged 50 years, detained under Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) vide detention order dated 30.09.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in C.No.15/PBMMSEC Act/IS/2015 the same and consequently, direct the respondent herein to produce the body and person of the said detenue before this Court and thereafter, set him liberty from Central Prison, Coimbatore.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) This habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention dated 30.09.2015, passed by the second respondent.

2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner had already undergone the period of detention and he was let off.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
