(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 01.02.2023 in W.P.No.2308 of 2023.

2.The 2nd respondent/Block Development Officer has filed a compliance report. Learned counsel for the petitioner also has reported that the private respondent in the writ petition has removed the gates and therefore, the order of this Court as on date has been complied with in letter and spirit.

3.Recording the compliance report of the 2nd respondent and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Abishek Jenasenan, learned counsel appearing for the private respondent in the writ petition, this Contempt Petition is closed.
