ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.07.2023 and to grant police protection to the petitioner to enter into the temple and worship without disturbance or hindrance from the 6th respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the representation made by the petitioner, an

enquiry was conducted and the 6th respondent had made it clear that he has no objection in the petitioner coming to the temple and worshiping god.
