ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondentS 1 and 2 not to harass or interfere with the petitioner peaceful conduct of business in the name and style of M/S Rainbow Saloon Spa at Ground Floor No.18, Janaki Nagar, Valasaravakkam, Chennai-87.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Hemalatha Durairajan, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
