JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent.
2. The writ appeal is filed by the writ petitioner, challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge in dismissing the writ petition filed by him.
3. The appellant/writ petitioner, aggrieved against the refusal to grant electricity connection, filed the writ petition seeking to quash the order of refusal and a direction to the authorities to provide electricity connection for his house.
4. It appears that the learned Single Judge has gone through the material records and the counter affidavit and held that the appellant/writ petitioner had failed to establish his ownership and that the construction was made after obtaining necessary planning permission.
5. Therefore, it is for the appellant/petitioner to secure some documents to prove his ownership over the property in question and to approach the respondent-authorities seeking electricity connection. The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
