(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) Heard. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition seeking to substitute the proposed party, namely, Mrs.Kalarani Sivasubramaniam, W/o K.Sivasubramaniam as the legal heir of the deceased fourth respondent stands allowed and she is impleaded as tenth respondent in the appeal. Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of all the private respondents, except respondents 1 & 4, who are no more.

Mr.U.M.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader appears on behalf of the respondents 8 & 9.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the appeal after two weeks for hearing.
