ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 4(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders" in bail order granted to the petitioner on 27.05.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.13775 of 2026 in Crime No.104 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 4(b) of the order dated 27.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13775 of 2026 is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
