This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Mr.S.Raj Makesh, learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed for allowing the petition.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 7 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and also print the name of Mr.S.Raj Makesh, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list, at the time of admission.
