This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 697 days in preferring the above criminal revision case against the order dated 25.04.2023 made in CMP.No.1460 of 2023 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 697 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
