ORDER

This petition has been filed aggrieved by the conditions that were imposed by the Court below while releasing the vehicle in favour of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1400 of 2020 by order dated 07.11.2020.

Heard Mr.V.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the following two conditions imposed by the Court below :-

1. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) before the Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Mannargudi on or before 24.11.2020.

2. The petitioner shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) along with two sureties each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mannargudi, on or before 24.11.2020.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the above conditions are modified in the following terms :- (a) The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannargudi, on or before

21.08.2023.

(b)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- along with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannargudi.

The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modifications.
