This petition has been filed to clarify the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.24921 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 as to its applicability exceeding the time limit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The order in W.P.No.24921 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021, does not require any clarification. However, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, Chengalpet District is directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the first respondent herein, after issuance of notice to the parties concerned and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
