Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to withdraw the investigation of the case pertaining to the Crime No.125 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent Police and to transfer the same to the Respondent 4 or to some other Agency, for further proper investigation of the case and to file final report before the appropriate Court.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation pending investigation in Crime No.125 of 2018 on the file of the 3rd respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
submitted that there are totally 7 accused persons in this case and they have been released either on bail or anticipatory bail. The learned Counsel further submitted that the investigation is at the final stage and the final report will be filed within a short time.
3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has not been effectively conducted by the respondent police and therefore the investigation has to be monitored by some higher officials.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation at this stage, since the investigation is at the final stages and the respondent police has already identified seven accused persons.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
