Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in C.O.C.No.35/2023 dated 13.07.2023 in detaining the detenu under Section 2(b) of Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, as a Bootlegger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Anthoni @ Anthoniraj, son of Ravi aged about 36 years, who is detained at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the impugned order of detention passed against the detenu herein has been revoked by the Advisory Board and he is not pressing the habeas corpus petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording his statement and the endorsement, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed.
