Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 176 days in representing WMP SR No.81730 of 2018 in WP No.10942 of 1995(in WMP No.26309 of 2019) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.R.GOKUL KRISHNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 176 days in representing W.M.P.SR.No.81730 of 2018 in W.P.No.10942 of 1995.

3. This petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, the order shall stands automatically cancelled without any further reference of this Court.
