This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tambaram in Crl.M.P.No.6358/2022 dated 14.09.2022.
2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice of the first respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
