This petition has been filed for extension of time for surrender of the petitioner and to execute the sureties fixed in Crl.O.P.No.9121 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the sureties due to personal reasons, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month for surrender of the petitioner and to execute the sureties fixed in Crl.O.P.No.9121 of 2024 dated 15.04.2024.
