O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to modify one of the condition imposed by the Court below while allowing the application filed for return of vehicle in Crl.M.P.No.11482 of 2023 by order dated 25.07.2023.

2. Heard Mr.P.Muthamizhselvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the following condition that was imposed by the Court:

"(ii) The petitioner shall execute a own bond with two sureties for like sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- being a non-refundable deposit to the District Legal Service Authority, Tiruvallur".

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the above condition as follows: 2/4

"The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with two sureties who shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-."

5. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

6. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
