This Petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 in Crl.O.P.No. 3138 of 2023 by an order dated 15.02.2023.

2. Originally Crime No. 66 of 2023 had been registered for offences under Sections 294(b), 323 an 506(ii) of IPC. Thereafter, the respondents herein had the benefit of grant of anticipatory bail by an order dated 15.02.2023 by which they were directed to deposit Rs.23/- lakhs. The amount of Rs.23/- lakhs had been deposited subsequently. The final report had been filed wherein the charges have been dropped against the petitioner Nos. 1 to 3. This has also been recorded in Crl.O.P.No. 3682 of 2024 filed by the second and third petitioners in an order dated 20.02.2024 by a learned Single Judge of this Court. C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

3. In view of the fact that there has been compliance of the conditions, it would only be appropriate that now the petitioner herein concentrates on tendering credible evidence to assist the prosecution to establish the charges against the sole accused/ first petitioner herein.

4. Taking that fact into consideration, the application seeking cancellation of bail is dismissed but however, the Investigation Agency may proceed further to marshal the witnesses for prosecution and proceed further with trial in the case.
