(The order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN.,J ) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that he is not pressing this habeas corpus petition. He had also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "The petition may be closed as not pressed with liberty to file a complaint."
