(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 448 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Since the husband filed an appeal in C.M.A.No.2021 of 2023, the above appeal filed by the wife has to be heard along with C.M.A.No.2021 of 2023, we feel that delay of 448 days in filing the above appeal can be condoned and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and place the same for admission along with C.M.A.No.2021 of 2023 after two weeks.
