This petition is filed to amend the petition and the order in Crl.M.P.No.7554/2023 in Crl.A.No.611/2023 dated 27.06.2023, satisfaction Magistrate as Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam instead of Judicial Magistrate at Nagapattinam.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and list the matter after four weeks.
