The application has been filed seeking amendment of the schedule to the petition to include further shares.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the details thereof had been obtained.

3. It is only appropriate that the shares which are now mentioned in the schedule to the Judges Summons are also included in the schedule to the petition. If the Registry insists on payment of Court fees, the petitioner may pay necessary Court fees.

4. With that condition, the application stands allowed.
