ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the Appeal petition dated 18.09.2024 filed by the petitioner against the order passed in Na.Ka.No.6138/Aa1/2023 dated 10.09.2024 seeking exemption from paying the Deficit Stamp Duty and Deficit Registration Charges in Document No.634 of 2014 registered on the file of 3rd respondent.
3. At the outset, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent would consider the petitioner's Appeal dated 18.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2/5

In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal dated 18.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, his grandfather Mr.C.Ramakrishnan and other interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of uploading of the web copy of this order without waiting for the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
