ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for quashment of the records pending on the file of the first Additional Labour Court, Chennai relating to the order dated 18.12.2019 passed in C.P.No.65 of 2019.
2. M/s.S.Pavithra, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and there was no representation on behalf of the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that before the first Additional Labour Court, Chennai in E.P.No.27 of 2020 in C.P.No.65 of 2019 the issues involved in this Writ Petition has already been settled and on 02.08.2022 Labour Court has recorded stating that both the parties have settled the disputes and agreement was also signed by both the parties, on 05.07.2022.
4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.06.2024 jai Index:Yes/No 2/3
