CRIME NO.1441 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14744 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.NIVESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14744 of 2021 on 19.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
