Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. The first petitioner would aver that due to financial crisis, he was not in a position to mobilize the funds and consequently, delay of 202 days occurred in preferring the civil miscellaneous appeal.

4. Accepting the averments made in the petition filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 202 days is hereby condoned.
