W.M.P.Nos.24969 and 24981 of 2021 in W.P.No.15754 of 2021 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J and S.KANNAMMAL, J These petitions have been filed to implead the petitioners as a respondents in the writ petition.

2.Learned Senior Counsel Mr.S.Prabhakaran, would state that the proposed respondents are the permanent residents of the Thiruvidanthai Village and the road in dispute is being found at their instance and they are necessary parties in this writ petition.

3.Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner in the writ petition vehemently opposed these petitions.

4.However, considering the facts and circumstances of this case this Court allow the impleading petitions and the petitions are ordered accordingly.
