The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought in this writ petition is in respect of the academic year 2003-2004. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this writ petition to be adjudicated upon further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
