2023-08-01Honourable Ms Justice R.N.Manjula2 pages

A .Nos.3888 to 3896, of 2023 in OA.Nos.302 to 310 of 2023 and C.S.No.69 of 2023 R.N.MANJULA, J.

The above applications have been filed to advance the hearing in OA.Nos.302 to 310 of 2023, today for the limited purpose of extending the interim order that was omitted to be done on 17.07.2023.

2. Heard the submissions made by both sides learned counsels and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed and the interim order already granted by this court is extended until further orders.

4. The learned counsel for the 6th respondent who is the Portfolio Manager submitted that as per the order of injunction he stopped disbursing the amount to the 1st defendant and hence he should be discharged. It is further submitted that the 6th respondent has already filed the statements of account and hence in view of the limited role prayed by him, he is an unnecessary party to this suit. However the learned counsel for the other parties submitted that the 6th respondent's presence in the suit is very much essential until a Manager is appointed by the parties.
