This petition has been filed to condone the delay in 155 days in representing the above Second Appeal in SA.SR.No.88950 of 2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
