2. The Learned Government Advocate representing the respondent submits that, the petitioner herein has not executed the contract awarded to him. As far as the contract which has been already executed and so far as the work completed by the petitioner in respect of Karugambuttur Panchayat Bridge and parapet wall at the cost of Rs.5,00,000/- (M.Book.No.311/2016-17) and Karugambuttur Panchayat drainage canal and cement road estimated value of Rs.2,00,00/- (M.Book.No.291/2015-16), steps taken to disburse the money based on the bills submitted. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since, there was no representation of the petitioner for the past two hearings, this Court accepts the submission made by the respondent counsel. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
