Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order of similar nature directing the Respondents to implement the promotion panel for 03.05.2011 in proceedings No.36091/m3/2008 and consequently empaneled the petitioner in Sub Registrar Grade I as per department proceedings dated 19.12.2012 in proceedings No.36091/m3-m52008 and give all the consequential benefits accrued thereon to the petitioner as per the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2019 within a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter relates to implementation of promotion panel for Sub Registrar Grade II as per the department proceedings dated 03.05.2011 and consequently empanelled the petitioner in Sub Registrar Grade I as per department proceedings dated 19.12.2012 for which the petitioner made a representation before the authority on 07.01.2019 and the said representation was not considered by the authority, hence the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondent within a reasonable time.
2. Without expressing any opinion, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 07.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
