This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.08.2022 made in Crl.MP.No.15423 of 2022 and to extend the time to surrender before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai and to furnish sureties as imposed in Crl.MP.No.7911 of 2022 dated 25.05.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was suffering from Jaundice and thereby he was unable to execute the sureties.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the trial Court had granted anticipatory bail on 25.05.2022 with a condition to execute a bail bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties within a period of 15days.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week time is granted from today to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court.
