ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.18743 of 2015 whereby, this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks, keeping in view, the Government order was passed in G.O.(D) No.359 Health and 1/4

Family Welfare (N2) Department dated 26.04.2004 and also in the light of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.29794 of 2005 & batch dated 13.07.2007 and 25.02.2015 in Civil Appeal No.6660 of 2011 and batch.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the case of the petitioner has been considered by the respondent and accordingly, an order was passed in proceedings R.No.62025/MP/S3/2015 dated 14.02.2020 and the same was also stated to have been communicated to the petitioner and amounts payable under the said proceedings is also stated to have been credited to the Bank account of the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.09.2024. 3.

In view of the same, this Court does not seen any reasons to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings dated 14.02.2020, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
