ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the order dated 21.03.2019 with respect to taking possession of the secured assets and handing over the same to the bank and also direct the respondents to de-seal the premises and restore the petitioner's possession of the suit schedule property.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Dr.T.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on 2/4

instructions, submitted that the bank has already taken possession of the property and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
