This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8546 of 2023 on 20.04.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m. until further order.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in this case is completed, charge sheet filed and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.177 of 2015 by the learned III Additional and District and Sessions Judge, Salem.

3. Therefore, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned III Additional and District and Sessions Judge, Salem, on all hearing dates without fail.
