ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to issue appropriate direction to the 2nd respondent to remove the entry of encumbrance charge created vide Doc.No.5/2021 dated 27.10.2021 as per petitioner's letter dated 02.05.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is intend to avail the Samadhan Scheme, which was introduced by Government of Tamilnadu. Therefore, she requests this Court to dismiss the present petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the said scheme.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the aforesaid Samadhan Scheme.
