Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue a legal heir certificate of late Jeyapal on the basis of representation dated 22.6.19.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to issue legal heir certificate of late Jeyapal, who died on 23.08.2018.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent is not considering the application of the petitioner for issuance of the legal heir certificate so far.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders after conducting due enquiry. The said statement is recorded. Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits 1/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and also conducting appropriate enquiry. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
