This petition is filed to condone the delay of 107 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the Judgment of conviction dated 06.02.2024 made in C.A.No.23 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
