(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 235 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners.

3. The sole respondent already entered appearance through counsel and she has no objection in allowing the petition.

4. Since the delay is 235 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
