This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to recall the common interim order dated 02.07.2024 passed in the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions and being satisfied with affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the common interim order dated 02.07.2024 passed in the above writ petition is hereby recalled.
