The above petition is filed seeking to implead a new respondent, which cannot be done by way of filing the petition to accept the cause title. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.

2. The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate petition.

3.The petitioner would submit that she has taken out an applications for condoning the delay in representation and for payment of Court fees, if in order, the Registry shall list the same along with the matter on 27.09.2022.
